Make Your Resume and Cover Letter a Star Performer

Need to respond to selection criteria but don't have a clue where to start? The STAR model is becoming the standard method for responding to selection criteria in Australia, and no doubt, world wide. Using STAR will make your resume and cover letter get noticed, especially if you do a little research, mention it subtly in the cover letter and use action words, keywords from the position description, and of course, a very light sprinkle of words common to the industry in particular.
